Social relation

In social science, a social relation or social interaction refers to a relationship between two, three or more individuals. Social relations, derived from individual agency, form the basis of the social structure. To this extent social relations are always the basic object of analysis for social scientists. Social status

In sociology or anthropology, social status is the honor or prestige attached to one's position in society. It may also refer to a rank or position that one holds in a group, for example son or daughter, playmate, pupil, etc. Social status, the position or rank of a person or group within the society, can be determined two ways. Social group

In the social sciences a social group is two or more humans who interact with one another, share similar characteristics and collectively have a sense of unity, although the best way to define social group is a matter of conjecture. Regardless, a society can be viewed as a large group, though most social groups are considerably smaller.
