Interactive microprogram validation: A Prime 400 testbed facility

Abstract

This paper presents a solution to the problem of an inadequate microprogram testbed facility for the Prime 400 system, but more importantly, defines typical problems resulting from lack of good microprogram developement software in the university environment, and provides a model for their solution.
