OpenVDB: an open-source data structure and toolkit for high-resolution volumes

Published:21 July 2013Publication History

ABSTRACT

OpenVDB has already been integrated into the next major release of the high-end 3D animation package Houdini, and there is anecdotal evidence that many of the major VFX and production houses are in the process of either evaluating or adopting VDB.
