Incorporating the client's role in a software engineering course

Abstract

In today's society it is important for graduates of the computer science/information system programs to be able to interact with clients effectively. Students need to understand how a client feels and acts during the development of a software system. This paper describes the organization, motive, and experience with an Application Development Course that addresses these issues.
