Abstract
The kind of training needed for teachers of computer science in secondary education must reflect the trends in technological changes and curriculum innovations.
Presented in this paper is a discussion of in-service education for teachers of computer,s cience based on the concept of computer literacy as a measurable criterion for accessing computer science objectives.
