A study on the implementation of three-valued logic

ABSTRACT

A system of three-valued algebra, based on operators previously defined, is presented. COS/MOS integrated circuits are applied to realize the three-valued operators. An approach to avoid the use of diodes in COS/MOS integrated circuit technology is given and a method for reduction of logical circuitry is discussed.
